Round Robin Sunday

Hege and I got together today, and the project was to sew together this charityquilt. This is part of a Round Robin we started in our quilting guild a couple of years ago. The plan was to sew four quilts, one for each season. As the contribution slowed down, we had to change our plans, and we have ended up making three quilts that is ment to hang side by side. Our job was to sew together the biggest panel.

It is a challenge putting together blocks made by many different quilters. Would we manage to fit it all together? It was surprisingly easy!! Two heads thinks better than one!

Here is the result so far. There is still a few things that has to be done, a little bit of applicue and the outer border. I think this quilt is coming together very well.

The rest of the weekend was spent sewing blocks to my Gutta Boys-quilt. Only four more blocks to go, puh……..

Have fun sewing!
